Responsibilities
- Manage Sales Schedule
- Ensure sales team has necessary information and resources to effectively sell.
- Relay accurate information to Sales team, ensuring proficient and quality customer experiences.
- Quickly prioritize sales requests and determine the needs of customers.
- Ability to answer a high volume of inbound calls on a daily basis.
- Efficient interdepartmental communication for installs.
- Respond to customer requests, resolving issues, and promoting repeat business.
- Keep customers informed of any changes that affect them.
- Develop contingency plans for busy times; optimize the schedule.
- Track sales paperwork for timeliness and accuracy.
- Communicate closely with Sales Manager.
- Sales follow up with customers as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have strong technical skills including advanced MS Office skills and Advanced Excel skills.
- HVAC/Plumbing/Construction experience preferred but not required.
- Experience with Service Titan is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to read and interpret documents (such as purchase orders, bill of ladings, sales orders, work orders/jobs, packing lists, and procedure manuals).
- Must be able to apply innovative and effective administrative techniques to maximize team performance.
- Sales experience a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and handle multiple projects.
- Team player & able to work effectively with other departments.
