We are looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who is willing to work weekends and wants to take advantage of a highly competitive spiff and commission program. This position also offers the potential for a 4-day workweek.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.
Identify system issues and provide effective repair solutions.
Deliver excellent customer service and communicate repair recommendations clearly to homeowners.
Maintain high standards of workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum of three (3) years of residential HVAC service experience, including diagnostics and repairs.
Willingness and availability to work weekends.
EPA certification for refrigerant handling preferred.
Willingness to continue education and training in the HVAC field.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
